Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens when my trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, you choose a plan (Starter, Professional, or Business) to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account switches to a restricted mode with limited scanning. Your data is preserved for 30 days.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes, a credit card is required to start the 14-day trial. You won't be charged during the trial period, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.
What is a 'scan'?
A scan connects to your Odoo instance via XML-RPC, analyzes installed modules, permissions, custom code, performance, email health, and security advisories, then calculates your Pulse Score. Each scan takes about 30–60 seconds.
What does 'BYOK AI' mean?
Bring Your Own Key. You connect your own OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic API key. Your scan data is sent to the AI provider you choose for analysis. We never store or access your API key in plaintext.
Is my Odoo data safe?
We only read module metadata, permission rules, and system configuration. We never access your business data (invoices, contacts, etc.). All credentials are AES-256 encrypted at rest. See our Security page for full details.
